Ans: Source include natural gas, gasoline, coal and batteries etc form are called source of energy.

Types of energy sources

1. What is renewable energy?

Ans: source of energy those which are replaced after use them are called renewable energy. Hydro-Electricity, solar energy, energy from wind are the example of renewable energy.

2. What is Non-renewable energy?

Ans: The source of energy are not replaced after their use called Non-renewable energy. Coal, petroleum and natural gas are an example of Non-renewable energy.

Energy saving

We use the energy for different purpose. But we do not care for keeping the sources for the future use. we know that non-renewable sources get depleted when they are often used

1. How to save the energy?

  Turn off unnecessary lights.

Use natural light.

Use task lighting.

     Take shorter showers.

     Turn water off when shaving, washing                 hands, brushing teeth.

Fix that leaky faucet.

     Unplug unused electronics

A) we prefer to use renewable source of energy

Ans: Generating energy that produces no greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuels and reduces some types of air pollution. Diversifying energy supply and reducing dependence on imported fuels. Creating economic development and jobs in manufacturing, installation, and more

B) A gap is left between two sections of a building.

Ans: The gap is provided to allow for this expansion. If no gap is left, the expansion in summer will cause the rails to bend sideways.

C) we can open a tight cap of a bottle by dipping it into hot water

Ans: Therefore, when the metal cap comes in contact with hot water, it'll expand more than the glass container. As a result, it will be easier to open the bottle.

D)It is better to sell used paper then to burn them

Ans: Burning paper releases harmful gases like carbon dioxide (more than a particular limit) which causes air pollution and causes global warming.

Hence it is better to sell them so that it can be recycled into useful products and can be reused.
